Meet The Team
Peter & Leanne Taylor
Peter & Leanne are the owners of Sandcliffe Dairy. They've been in the accommodation industry for over 30 years so they certainly aren't new to the tourism scene.
Leanne is a lover of horses and horse riding. Peter is a workaholic and doesn't like to sit still unless the Geelong Cats are playing.
They've got 4 kids and 9 grandchildren and like to spend their downtime with family when they can. The Dairy became their Covid Project while their Caravan Park was closed to the public in 2020 and did all of the painting, tiling and a lot of cleaning up. And WOW, what an amazing job they've done!
Kaiden & Melinda Taylor
Kaiden is Leanne & Peter's youngest son and runs his own business as a Farrier.
Mel is Kaiden's wife and works behind the scenes doing marketing, PR and bookings for the Dairy (plus bookkeeping for the business/farm and trying to keep two little ones alive).
Together, they own and run the main farm "Sandcliffe" and live in the original homestead on the property with their two kids Ollie and Millie and of course Lottie the bulldog who likes to pop down and say hello to our guests (and try to sneak some food)!
Rochelle McGarry
Rochelle is Peter & Leanne's daughter who owns and runs an interior design business in sunny Peregian Beach QLD called Roki Design Studio! Rochelle is very talented at what she does (proof is in the pudding here) so it was a no brainer to engage her for this project. Rochelle said "It was a pleasure to convert this run down old dairy into a luxury country AirBnB. We added lots of gorgeous little country touches and the kitchen layout was designed to perfectly cater for weekends away together for guests with their friends or family around the kitchen cooking and socialising overlooking the beautiful scenery."
We're extremely proud of the work Rochelle has done with this project and very grateful we could have her involved.
